My family is visiting relatives in the mountains this summer for a glorious two weeks of hiking, fun, rest and relaxation. It's been a very busy few months with the end of school activities for my three daughters and all of the appointments at my office. Some of you may know that we had some other excitement thrown in the mix with a surprise surgery and hospital stay for my youngest daughter. By mid June, we were all a little wiped out. So, this retreat to the mountains is very well timed.
While the kids are in camp, I'm taking some time to rejuvenate and regroup.
You deserve some downtime, too.
I'm hoping that you are able to rest and play this summer as well. Everyone needs some downtime and getting outside in nature is highly recommended. Take a camera with you and try to capture a few magical moments as I did. I'm pleased to share a few of the shots I've captured so far.
