Do you want to feel happier?

Feeling happier.

It only takes two minutes each day.  

I thought we could all figure out how to find two minutes a day to invest in our happiness so I"m sharing this article with you from a year ago.

The headlines on this Washington Post article says "Do these exercises for two minutes a day and you'll immediately feel happier, researchers say".
